Vincent and Toester Have ‘The Talk’

Toester and Vince have 'the talk'

Toester asks Vincent 'the question'

Vince has no idea what to say

Vince hesitates...

Vince avoids the question

Perhaps someday, Vincent will be honest with his son.  Until then, Toester’s just going to have to assume that storks, bees, and birds are involved.

Bunny - Squawker Texas Ranger

Description: Bunny
AKA: Miss Kitty, Bun-Buns, Spotted Cow, Shaggerpuss

A friend asked us to take “Miss Kitty” into our home… she showed up at his workshop and was knocking things over and being a nuisance. Poor Bunny. The other kitties pick on her, and when she tries to run on tile floors, her little tufted paws skid on the surface, slowing her getaway plans. Bunny loves attention and is very vocal. Sometimes we call her Squawker Texas Ranger.

Bunny the fluffy kitty

This is probably one of the funniest things I’ve seen. Check out Bunny actually spilling over the edges of the couch arm. And the way she’s got her little hands wrapped around the edges! So cute!

Many thanks to SBT for the funny (and cute!) submission!

Cat in Sink Alert!

Seriously . . . What is it with cats in sinks? There’s even a whole website dedicated to cats in sinks, if you haven’t seen it before.

Just at this this crazy orange tabby sitting right in the sink. Love how they caught him with his tongue covering his nose!

Cat in a sink

I’m wondering if our cats are totally weird– I’ve never seen a single one of our five cats in a sink before. I feel like I’m missing out on something . . .

Thanks to D.O. for the hilarious submission!

Myrtle - Phantom of the Opera Kitty

Description: Myrtle
AKA: The Mertster, Mertie-Mert
Mert was adopted from a pet shop when we were vacationing. The marketing strategy was to offer a “free” cat with the purchase of a large sack of dry food. Mert and her litter mates lost their mommy and were being bottle fed. She nursed on my husband’s shirt during the drive home.

Now she is a voluptuous 14 pounds. Mert’s hobbies are fetching balls of wadded-up paper and dropping her toys into the community water dish.

Myrtle

Thanks to SBT for the submission! Mert looks like the Phantom of the Opera with her face markings– so cute!
