Covered in Kitties

The other night as I relaxed on one couch and Chris slept peacefully on the other, the cats slowly flocked to me and attempted to smother me. First, Vincent crawled up next to my head to sleep in his usual spot. Then Toester fell asleep beside him on a cushion. Hot Dog then jumped on and fell asleep on my legs, while Mama Bear relaxed on my stomach. I forced Chris to wake up and take this photo of me covered in kitties.

And here they are from my point of view.

Covered in kitties

Not sure where Kramer was. He’s usually making kitty dough on my stomach in an attempt to bury himself.

Just Another Friday Night

Friday nights at our house generally involve a TGIF cocktail, some TiVo catch-up, and, for Chris, falling asleep on the couch at an unholy early hour.

Last night, Chris fell asleep with the dog, his guitar, a pack of cigarettes, and a few kitties. I was laughing so hard I could barely keep the camera still to get this photo.

Friday night

I love home :)

Vince Seduces Chris

It doesn’t take but a glance for Vince to fall in love with you– and to make you fall in love with him.

Look here at Vince giving Chris bedroom eyes.

Love me

I barely turned my back before Vince had completely seduced Chris. Notice the love-struck look and the slack jaw (on Vince, not Chris).

Seduction

Perhaps some day, he’ll find tru love… Vince, not Chris.

The Many Faces of Mocha

This is Mocha. She likes to be on top.

Mocha on a man

When Mocha takes a bath, she doesn’t mess around.

Mocha in the sink

“Who the hell is this?” Mocha has attitude.

Mocha and the bird

Mocha is the owner of our folks (on Chris’ side). She is quite the princess.

Chris covered in kitties

Here’s Chris, my hottie husband, trying to take a nap. The second you sit down on the couch in our house, you’re pretty much covered in cats. This is Kramer (the orange cat on his stomach), Vincent (top left), and Toester (top right). (Apologies for the photo quality– it was taken with a camera phone. The cats made us do it.)
